Trends at Boca Raton is governed by a homeowners association this an organization established to manage a private, planned community. Like other corporations, Trends HOA is governed by a board of directors who are elected by the members and a set of rules called bylaws.
Trends at Boca Raton Homeowners association’s governing documents require association approval before a member may make a physical improvement or modification to the member’s property or to association common area. Such improvements and modifications are regulated by the association’s architectural standards. Please complete the on-line Trends ARB Form (Adobe fillable form )and print and email or fax your completed ARB/Form to Point Management. Also, please make sure to sign it.
Trends at Boca Raton Homeowners association is governed by these rules and regulations as they provide the necessary guidelines for maintaining a harmonious community.
